Is there a way you can just make the wallpaper without the Neon form please? I really like this one alot but the neon form kinda ruins it for me.

I meant edit the picture itself before importing it. I'd assume you'd be able to edit the pictures before using the program, right?

The software has its own flaws and can't do anything about the bottom picture.

This is awesome, and most of the tiny faults are fine by me, but the position of the eyes is terrible. I wish I knew how to make these so I could photoshop the bottom image.

This wallpaper is a combination of two images, using the X-ray effect of the software. The top layer can do wave dynamic effect, but the bottom layer, that is, the pink hair layer. No dynamic effect can be achieved.

around the cursor apears an area with a diferent image (the neon version), but this image has no movement, you can see it easily in the hair.The normal hair moves, but when you put the cursor over it the pink hair that apears doesn't. That's what I mean.
