This mod causing some errors in log files.

@Druggernaut127, do you mean the mod load order? I don't think it should matter, unless you have other mods editing the *vanilla* megastructures

The Dyson Sphere is still limited to a single sphere per empire. The Matter Decompressor is working fine however.

Can you please remove the overwriting of lgate.txt and the 05_gateways.txt, as the changes are fully needless for this mod features (gateways don't block other megastructures). But instead it makes a lot of other mod incompat... thx

@scenariocreator Hello! it would appear that this mod doesn't work anymore for Dyson Spheres, (i can only place one total now in my empire.) black holes work fine. not sure about the other mega structures yet. please look into it. Thanks ;)

Mod still works, I just wish someone would create a patch for NSC and Toris. Tried myself but couldn't make any real progress.

Well, I guess there hasn't change much in regards for this mod from 2.3.0 to 2.3.1, so maybe you change the annotation in your desciptor mod file to be compatible with 2.3.*, just as QoL

Hey is there any chance that we could get compatability for NSC's megastructures? I know that's a lot to ask, but I just wanted to see if it were possible at some point.

@scenariocreator thanks for the fixes. I'll let you know if it works with the AI mod once I get around to playing the new expansion.
Also I highly recommend you try the galvius AI mod if you still play stellaris. even paradox is giving glavius shout outs for fixes in the patch notes these days. the mod improves AI spending without just giving it free resources. it makes a significant difference even on lower difficulties.

@Wysaw I haven't used that mod before, but there were some issues with the ai building megastructures willy nilly like that from what i have heard from others. I have made a few changes to restrictions to hopefully fix that. No more weird things like building habitats on habitats and ring worlds around ring worlds or habitats around ringworlds

with this mod enabled I am seeing AI empires spam build multiple gateways in the same system. I am also using Glavious AI mod though I don't know if this is as a result of the two mods together.

All good my man, sometimes you modders forget that you're human and that you need sleep. When I find the time to play Stellaris again (and when the rest of my mods are updated) I'll give it a go and see if any other issues pop up. Thanks for letting us know!

@SilentKore whoops my bad, the part about ai weights was supposed to be in general for both issues. I blame no sleep. But only one being built would work to fix that (unless your me when I mis-manage my economy and I build sentry arrays at different spots in my empire so I can see without waiting 20 years for one to fully finish), as well as the single habitat around a planet (unless I accidently broke placement rules).
Current theory is ai is just building whatever it has the resources for as soon as it gets them, and potentially causes both issues. Might have something to do with why the habitats are being built and never colonized (priority), but thats not the full issue for habitats. Could be completely wrong about all of it, but I will find out while fixing issues

I get that bug a lot as well, and the AI build a lot of Sentry arrays and only sentry arrays.

So I've noticed a bug where AI's will build multiple habitats around the same planet. This results in having between 2 and 20 habitats occupying the same location. usually only one of them gets colonized, but the others all get built. I believe this can be fixed by only allowing one habitat to be build per celestial body, or leaving the habitat limits unchanged.

This mod is a little bugged for me. It will let me built the site for a megastructure with a construction ship like normal but then I can't upgrade it after that. Also the AI builds a bunch of magastructures with wierd names that do nothing and stack up on the star.
