It's not a mod, it's a blueprint. It's found in the blueprint section ingame by hitting F10.

Mod is invisible in game workshop mod section , id of mod not exist in menu ...

Activated with Alt-F4 and diagnosed with Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Has it stopped working? We don't know yet.
