I thought I'd let you know.
It's been a while until the new update and expansion came out...
The WorkToBuild for the Heavy Turrets has been changed from 15000 to 10000 to make building Autocannons / Slug Turrets that are using Stone less Tedious and less Time consuming...
The Mod seems fine with Replace Stuff, So i don't know why yours is stuck at 0 work...
Is there a mod that adds new materials for the turrets or do you have a mod that adds diffrent tasks for the Colonists like some thing that adds more jobs?
You should wait patiently, It should come out with it's name and appear in the mod list.
I hope that it will appear now...
