Request that you PLEASE remove the Asian sounding cues as they break immersion. Please remove the the s l o w droning campaign cue that drones on and on and is freaking nails on chalkboard. As I requested before please add some music from Quo Vadis, Ben Hur and Spartacus..the Kubrick film not the tv show. Thanks.

Hi, friend, how are you? You know, I'd like to make a request. Is it possible that you could add the music files for the Rome mods: Total Realism VII, Europa Barbarorum 2, and Roma Surrectum II? I'm making this request because many people are asking for these soundtracks for their campaigns, as well as this Authentic Ancient World mod, which many in the Rome Total War community are familiar with. I'd like to make this request since they're incredible in the game, now with Rome Total War 2.
I'm making this request out of respect and consideration for the Rome Total War community, who have played these mods for years and enjoyed their campaigns. Perhaps also, remembering their childhood, adolescence, and youth. And all of that, I'd like the opportunity, if possible.

This is by far the best music mod, you did a really great job. Not a single "wtf" overdramatic "generic epic music mix" stuff. I`m especially pleased to hear tracks from HBO rome and Troy. Thanks to this mod I`m enjoying my campaign a lot more now :D

This is still probably the best all round music mod as the faction specific cues give the game a more immersive feel. The battle cues for the most part are epic. There are a few questionable sounding cues that are just drudgery. Needs to be updated with fresh battle cues and just a few campaign music.

BEN HUR and KING OF KINGS is about Roman times . How can you not know that dude. It is THE ROMAN film classics. SPARTACUS another Roman classic film and FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE. too. Ivanhoe has some of the BEST battle music written for a movie. It seems you are a youngster and not familiar with classic epic cinema or classical music in general. IF you are looking for EASTERN campaign music Sodom and Gomorrah by Rozsa has great stuff for that exotic eastern vibe. Battle of the Dam cue is a fantastic epic battle cue. by Rozsa. Another score for the Ancient Greek vibe is the classic JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS by Bernard Herrmann. my feedback:

In general music is really nice, emotional and have that epic vibes. I agree this author is really good. As I can see he used to produce in 40-60s, good true stuff.

- QUO VADIS - good, might find a place for it (in my mod I used all 200 spots for tracks, so I need to replace something in order to add)
- IVANHOE - cant find a spot, it's storytelling, epic one sec calm another sec - not good for battles nor campaign in my opinion;
- KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLE, BEN-HUR,KING OF KINGS, EL CID - those are about medieval time, also a storytelling epic music, not strictly battle or campaign ambient music;
- THE THIEF OF BAGDAD - music was written in 40s as I understand, the same - storytelling one sec, epic another sec; difficult to choose niche, however If you can find shortened battle version or ambient version (2-5 min) I might add it to eastern cultures
- THE GOLDEN VOYAGE OF SINBAD - the same as THE THIEF OF BAGDAD

MIKLOS ROZSA was the master of of film music for ancient epic films. Not having any of his music in this mod is very sad indeed. Please correct this major oversight

If music stops: click ALT + M.
If that doesn't work: click ALT + M again. Now it should work.
If that didn't work either: you didn't click ALT + M correctly.

ALT + M turns music off and on. So if your campaign is playing a song you don't like, just click ALT + M (turn off) and then click ALT + M again (turn on) to play a different soundtrack.

@Rum-Ham yesterday I updated the mod, checked the transition triggers, fixed where I could.

Overall it's a well known bug with all music mods. Even for Attila MK1212 or other Rome 2 music mods. Unfortunately, the only solution is to initiate a battle and it will reset again

Of course, couple turns after I posted that music stopped.

Playing as Greek/Seleucids, the music is fine. No issues over several hours of play.

Is this music mod Compatible with mods? was playing your music with Rome realism 4 mod. I remember playing your music mod with other mods in the past before the update, just recently subscribed to your mod again. I was actually playing Carthage single Campaign with the realism mod, on turn 2 or 3 the sound just stopped, playing 2 more turns and nothing so quit Campaign.

In my case, It happened when I was Massilia/Greek in a coop campaign panning around Italy and Gaul. Seems when the song is to transition to another song it just doesn't play the next one. My friend playing Rome did not have any issues, my music had stopped for like 5 or 6 straight turns when I asked him and he said everything was fine on his end. It's also happened in my single player germanic campaigns and my Sparta campaign.

@Warriordude in order for me to check 100% if it caused by new update, let me know more details when it happens:

1) Culture/Faction you play
2) Culture/Faction on the map in the moment when it stopped

@Rum-Ham I will check if this issue increased with the update, however its a known issue for most music mods.

Solution: if campaign music stopped, iniciate a battle with anyone, it will reset

Since the new updates, the music will stop entirely on the campaign map and never continue no matter what culture I am using.

I've tried putting the files in the data folder, activating the mod from the launcher and checking the box from the main menu for the movies and scripts but still it does not work. No new music. same old same old music. Can you please help with the installation?

Could you remove the dreadful awful music from Europa Barbarorum.
Maybe some tracks from Asassins Creed Odyessy or more God of War music.
