I though I included VUF in the latest release of this. But yes, the delorean uses VUF.

The recipe is found at the (i think upgraded) factory, once you have talked to the doc and completed his quests
I will be revisiting this mod soon to make things a little more clear and make sure everything still works with bombardment and all that

The hotspot to the right of the mountain on science1 should spawn regardless of bombardment, and the DeLorean is craftable at the normal factory

also where do i get the quest started? The factory for me got destroyed so i tried to rebuild it (does it have to be upgraded? game won't let me upgrade factory) and walking to the mountain didnt do anything

does the time machine just let you turn stuff to day and night, or does it speed up crafting and stuff

Its a mod on mod.io.. Releasing a steam version now that fixes that

If you walk over near the mountain on sunset haven, there should be a hotspot. You also need to have the factory built.
