If you are going to do a Delta House Frat House, you really need to make it look a lot like the Frat House in the "Animal House" movie.
Maybe talk to someone at Paradox the see about licensing the music as well.

Really cool assets by the way you really have a way with creating good stuff. New Buildings like these are what will make this (in my opinion) lesser tier DLC worth it.

Yeah sorry, I just see a lot of people contribute really cool assets to the Workshop and then once a DLC comes along that would be perfect to integrate them into, a lot of the time they just sit there feeling like relics.
