@DiESF1RST same problem here

in debug log it says
"Could not get any appropriate song. Getting random and logging song selection data." and plays vanilla songs

it worked fine yesterday :steamsad:

mod still plays vanilla music even though custom songs are present with the custom music mod... any suggestions?

@Yippee-Ki-Yay MF Updated, I revised the way it disable the music, it wouldn't disable the music from mods anymore, and the load order doesn't matter now!

Just tested...I have it installed above the Firefly mod and the Halo soundtrack mod, and....the game is still playing original soundtrack songs :P It's playing the Firefly intro when the game loads, so I know those mods are working right. In dev console, the original Rimworld soundtrack songs are still in the list. All of them are at the bottom of the mod list if you think that might make a difference.

@Spam with Style It's specifically for users who want to use custom soundtrack mods but who don't want to hear the Rimworld soundtrack for a while. Thanks man, cool mod. Very useful as the soundtrack is great but a bit played out for me.

I think the "use case" for this add-on is to remove the DEFAULT music when using another add-on that adds more music to the game, like this one:

pretty sure you can just turn the music off in the settings man.
