Oh btw, I just noticed that the LOD model, the part that seems to be the skybar and skypool are not modeled, so from afar, the top part of the building seems to be levitating/seperate from the bottom. Aside from that, this asset is amazing

Oh wow. I've actually sold three condos out of this building. But it's not in Asok. It's in Thong Lo.
