Does this affect any mod that adds perk points?

@Jonatas make sure nothing in your load order also affects perks

it didn't work with me it's just like I didn't have the mod, I've activated it and nothing has changed in my game

Sorry, I'm not sure. That might happen because the perks are being 'replaced' by a new perk that is in english? Don't really know sadly

Great mod, still works and doesnt seem to break unless used with a bunch of other perk mods and modifiers. If using a ton of different mods (around 100) use at your own risk, but this is practically a must have, now I dont have to crawl up the perk trees and get a bunch of useless things I dont want to get the good stuff.

did legend on alchemy, 1000 ingreds only got me 2 levels so only 2 perks...

@frisky no problem now is there was just a way to fix the leveling block of having to level, every single skill just to max out 5 trees... alchemy, enchanting, blacksmithing, heavy armor, partial speech, partial sword.

Fact they added a tree + lvl requirement + perk to unlock things made the entire leveling system very stupid, its nice to see someone finnaly fixed it.

@LIFEPLAY You should just be able to install this mod like any other, by adding it to your load order and selecting the .esp file

There is a conflict somewhere. Some perks do not become available without the prerequisite, it's odd that it's only perks I would buy nyway, though. It might be the sneak skill mod I'm using.

@MRDRK1 If it overrides the requirements of a perk it can. I would recommend trying it anyway though just to see. Save your game, load both mods, put this one at the bottom of your load order and see. let me know what you find!

The only skill/perk mod I have at the moment is the NexusMod version of helmless armors (removes needing a helmet for armor set bonuses). Would this mod still conflict with that one?

@➳Tekky Yes. You still need the certain rank in a skill but do not need the previous perk.
