Speaking and trading with the bartender in Branch (northern hive) has caused my game to crash repeatedly.
The added items are a mixed bag. I really like the looks of some, while others do not even have icons.
Regards
If i load bandits expanded it says this mod already defined it and if i load this mod 2nd it says the bandits mod already defined it.
Still a good mod
There are no armor/weapon shops in those villages. As the western hivers are more of a trading based culture and the midland hive is made of of "rogues" and "theives." The northern hivers are more of a belligerent, aggressive faction and "manufacture" their own weapons.
However, you should be able to buy some armor from the hive trader in a midland or western hive village.
It also works with DarkOmega's "Just another Hive Overhaul". (You can equip the looted chest and head pieces even if you don't find them on your hivers).
It doesn't work with "Hiver Molting and Overhaul" (you cannot equip the crafted exoskeletons in the belt slot). I've not opened it up yet to see why.
Anyway, thanks for this, I'm on my way to find the Northern Hive for the first time.
I've also not found any other queens (only Western and Southern) yet, do you care to spoil the locations?
This mod was released on the Kenshi Nexus in late October last year and has been a continuing expansive alteration of many facets of the hivers' villages, spawns, and power structure, in the true sense of an overhaul.
From what I can tell, the mods should be completely compatible with the caveat and suggestion that my Hiver Expansion mod is placed lower in the mod load order.
