I can't reproduce the error, best advice i can give if check for any conflicting mods that may be using the same name ("UN_Hazmat.mdl") for their model

I couldn't replicate the problem people have been having but I cleaned up the mod a bit and made it work with the original Hazmat Conscript. Hopefully I didn't just make it worse :/
