Yes i can make a smaler version. This version is that big because i made this for Rudi Rennkamel and it has to fit another object underneth this.

After testing this in the game, it seems to be a bit too big when using the Archer for scale. Would it be possible to make a second one that is smaller? The real ones are about 8 feet tall. This page has the actual dimensions of a real one.

This is great! You know what else we need though? drooping hanging mesh Nets. Perhaps different sizes and shapes like a half square, square, rectangle, etc. For the sake of realism, they don't have mesh nets to put under parts of a rollercoaster that go over paths. In most parks they have mesh nets to catch anything from coins, wallets, glasses, hats etc that might fall off. This just reminded me of that.
