This is a really good scenario. Plays well, very challenging, and AI does a good job makin the player work for it. Bravo!

Great map and gameplay idea.

One problem right now, Huns cant make units as they are stuck at zero pop.

You shoul add a small amount of soliders at each town center (Gaia, so the player must walk to them in order to get the troops) This will ensure that the player has to rush there as quick as possible, and puts an extra edge to the early game phase.

I would also recommend adding some small bonuses for exploring. That will make sure that there can be more than one good strategy to win this.

PS: I have made a map (untested) with these features. (I edited yours). Message me if you are interested in looking at it.

Perhaps to give it a more stressful start you could make the beginning a true free for all by giving each player a scout or some other weak starting unit so that if they want they can attack someone else's villagers but doing so leaves their own villagers vulnerable. That might be one way to make the game a little more tense.

Calling this the "Hunger Games" is a bit of a stretch. It's just a normal 8 man map with an annoyingly slow start.

This is just nomad with a slower start and you dont get to choose where your TC is as well

Small note of frustation, I could not remove the "ruins" of old buildings by building on them, otherwise a good map.
