du kannst erst versuchen unter def -> traffic_data.sii -> ai_spacing_time: (0.70, 1.1) zu ändern. evtl reicht das schon.
alternativ unter -> def -> world -> traffic_rules_spawn.sui anfangen die frequenz und die anzahl der fahrzeuge verringern.
ich bin immer am ausprobieren, wenn was gescheites bei raus kommt werde ich es auch teilen. ;)

Other mods are SISL's addons and Project Next Gen, so without anything what should interfere with your mod.
yes the merging lines are a problem, i know. i can solve that, but then we will have somewhere else other problems.
i hope i can find one day a better solution.... ;)
and one question, do you play with a map mod? many times the problem is not related to my mod, sometimes it is also because of faulty prefab settings. but that is not easy to detect.
I noticed three most common situations when AI are hitting each other:
- on highways near junctions or merging lines from truckstops, mostly seems that accidends are occuring near spawn border. (maybe my computer fault, but it seems like at spawn cars are trying to recklessly change lanes)

- sometimes they are late with braking.
I will try to look at this and experiment by myself, If I can. However, after playing with several AI mods, yours providing best and most smooth traffic from all of them.
