You should manually enable it again in existing saved game sessions.
Sounds strange. The mod will throw an exception if it can't add loot (e.g. classic loot is changed to procedural in last game update). In all other cases the mod fixes all loot issues automatically.
I don't think this comment helps because there is no issue. The mod works fine for me.
Also you can see required skills in craft menu. Just look more carefully.

В любом случае, если свежие ингредиенты не успел достать и сохранить (в морозилке), то придется идти по длинному пути. А именно - извлекать из сгнившей вишни аллергический компонент через другой рецепт. Осталось найти этот рецепт, он в той же вкладке.
The old version has not changed for months.
We're at a point where we have so many mods that it can take forever for new players to download the mods when they first login, so I'm trying to get permission to fold mod content into the server mod so it's not such a problem anymore.
