i think so defines are usually global, unless the AI already has a No Ahead of Time Penalty cheat, it should work for them, but the AI is not smart enough to save money for tech buildings so they won't abuse it

I've been playing with it and using it with mods that change the start date to 100 and it seems to be working okay. Isn't crashing or corrupting my games at least...

it should work with everything its its own defines file but i have not tested it lately

Trait Softcap Exterminated has made it on Skymods so that's cool my other mod is popular enough to get pirated modpiracy is really the mark of success for any mod

Great mod, I am really liking playing with this. I play on a custom map so the tech restrictions didn't make sense for my play through and this was a great fix. I tossed you a thumbs up!

This has been a major PITA on my Northern Germanic games. Getting shipbuilding up helps get rid of the sad state of vikings with no boats...and even when the special event gives everyone a free level, that is not that useful for staging minor raids by sea before that freebie (look we discovered how to make boats!).

just tested it works! normally i have to fight with steam a bit to get a working mod uploaded
