it is not outdated, you just need to install it in the custom folder.

The NPC have new abilities with the shotgun in 1.0, that is why is broken.

A Black Mesa update may have broken this addon OR it's just the Black Mesa workshop being broken as usual, I will check and see which it is.

is it broken for update 1.0? because I have not fully tested it but i'm pretty sure it works just fine since the black mesa devs did not change anything for the shotgun in update 1.0

For some reson ( this is the only mod I have installed ) the HECU won't spawn with weapons now, and just stand and melee. The model just won't work, its still the default shotgun

As nice as it is to have the folded stock, this annoys me. In the viewmodel, some of the stock clips through the top rail. And the worldmodel is not only centered very improperly, but also slightly askew, making it look really weird in NPC hands and in gun racks.

Do you have any other mods that change the shotgun's model? such as IIopn's Animations or the HD Pack Styled Sleeves? because if so that's probably why this mod is not working for you.

from the looks of the screenshots, you messed up the normals around the holes in the top. try using edge splitting.
