No worries, I haven't touched the game in several years (5+ at least) and same with creating or using mods for the game so game updates definitely could have broken things, or the mods you're using just conflict because they modify the same textures for some reason. Appreciate letting me know though, so others can see there may be issues.

I know, was eager to test it out and thought the same until the game spammed pink boxes everywhere around me. For some reason it bugged some RE and The Division skins for example. Some RE melee weapons were bugged as well. Tested unchecking other addons and letting this alone with those addons I mentioned, both Tumtara and random official campaign maps only to find it was the cause of my problems. A shame, it would be cool to see it working properly (here at least, god knows if this is a problem on my end btw)

(Also, by trash I mean "may not be of use", not actual trash. I meant no real offense)

@Rise The mod only changes the mud and blood textures that appear on the screen, nothing else, so I have my doubts it makes player skins buggy or whatever.

Trash. Bugs a lot of skins out there.

@Nau: Plus the whole concept of liquid on the screen makes no sense because you don't see liquid on your eyes in real life. If there's thick opaque liquid on your eyes, you don't see anything. Besides, how small are those drops of liquid if you can see that many on your own pupils?

you can say that during the motion of the attack mud flies into your face and since valve can't program a crouched attacking animation for the zombies that's still they would begin attacking your face.

It's addons like this that are subjectively good. Helps with realism because mudmen strike your legs and lower chest, not your face

There used to be a mod on the workshop. It did this, remove bile from your screen, and removed scops for the hunting and miliatry rifle. It was removed. I enjoy finding this.

I appologize but the option is actually "high" or "low" gore. The setting is found in "options" -> "multiplayer" -> "gore."

@Gspews you're quite welcome. There is an option in the L4D2 settings to turn off gore (blood) completely. You can use that too :)

@Kein This mod works on ALL servers. I should know as I've been using it for months. With your logic, no mods at all would work on multiplayer.
