Im confused on how to make custom playermodels have voice lines, I added a new folder with voice lines but idk how to make them trigger on the playermodel

If nZombies Rezzurection is the newer version by the same developer that did the older nZombies, then it's a toss-up if they use the same hooks. Some things (such as reloading) may work regardless because it relies on Garry's Mod-specific functionality unrelated to the gamemode itself, but things like zombie kills, or voice lines when a game starts without power being on, probably wouldn't work.

If that's the name of a community that just hosts old nZombies servers, then yes, it will.

I made an error extracting the Takeo sounds from my game, and they currently don't play at the correct bitrate.

It's an easy, but time-exhaustive task to fix the problem.

I'll get to it at some point, I think. Just use some of the other character.

it wont work, i get script errors in my console saying "cant load takeo/damaged1.ogg

im on nZombies Moon And Im Using My Own Config.

I only have access to the voice lines from the first black ops game, and I don't have any of the DLC. What I have uploaded is all the sounds I plan on uploading. If you really want them, add them yourself.
