Are there similar buildings that have commercial space in the ground floor? They were built quite often in Czechoslovakia.

Yes, active and running ... NE1A and NE1B show up correctly while NE1C is listed under Monuments ...

Hm, do you have Ploppable RICO mod installed and active? (NOT Plop the Growables or Find It or something, that's not the same) It should be under High Residential. It surely is for me.

hello :) - I love the building style but why is it listed under Monuments in RICO while the other, similar buildings NE1A and NE1B can be found under High Residential? I compared all RICO settings, they are exactly the same ... please advise, I am pretty new with RICO stuff ... thanks :)

YES!!! just yesterday i was building a quarter and i missed exactly this kind of housing. There are a lot similar platten, but this was just what i wanted. How did you guess??? :) Thanks my friend!
