Canada has sophisticated power armor but not basic power armor, so it can't research anything in the tech because it doesn't have the basic schematics. Pretty broken Canadian tree as well

For some reason all countries without unique conscription laws switch to raider/tribal/ghoul conscription. This is the only mod I have installed except for owb.

So just wanting to clear this up does this mod have all the parts you made of OWBE+ Cause my group of friends like canada and mexico add on but would prefer to have the mods you didnt make and added as a separate subscription

OWBE+ has everything this submod has and more, This one just doesn't contain the submod package, so its got all the normal stuff but with a little extra.
OWBE+ has all the normal stuff plus a lot of new things.

No it does not. There is apparently compatibility issues with that particular submod. I'd try the OWBE Test Version, it should work with the East Coast Mod.

I think so, but its not included in this submod. Only the Plus versions have the Yakuza Submod in it.

That's probably cause the New Vegas focus tree is altered in this mod, and it can't load two altered at once. I can try to make a hot fix for it.

This mod seems to be incompatible with the New Vegas courier mod. The courier focus tree doesn't show up when both of the mods are active, not sure if that's anything you can fix or if that's the other mod author's problem. Just thought I'd let you know!

It'd be north of the river above the first O in Edmonton. Calgary for reference in south of that same O near the lower river.

Yeah, a bit. You put it in the Rockies, close to where Banff is irl. You'd want to head to the north and east. No worries about it.

Lovely work! Love the added Canadian territories. Minor nitpick; the Edmonton nation has the city of the same name in an ... odd place. Is it meant to be the old city or a new place with the same name?

Most of the tech advancements are attached to already existing focuses, they're normally pretty far down on the focus tree, probably the ones at the very bottom, to make sure they dont become too strong too fast.
