I did not use real world data for this. It was all done in blender with textures. I had a lot of help from youtube videos to create it and then baked the texures onto a single UV.
If you do plan to use it and none of the assets work, I could make you a quick little waterfall model. It would not be as neat as the asset bundle, but it would cover that area.
Also, nice idea for creating small scale forests.
But I have a problem with the asset bundle effects, they are just big black squares for me.
