But that's only for the Crusade expansion. If you don't have it, you're going to have to edit the file of the civ using notepad or something

Open the Civ Builder, then go to Fleet which has Ship and star base tab (default on ships). Click on star base and replace the star base with any you have. I will be making shipsets with my faction Civs which will have all this done.

How do you edit the code in order to use these for space stations?
