This is bugged as of now and uses the We'll Be Right Back mod as a base! (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1529145202)
Type "WellBeRightBack 0" into the console to fix this!

That's because it uses StealthPaw's death screen base, which looks like that. You're supposed to disable it and enable this one.

its not working quite right. i enabled it in entities just like you said in another comment, however it still doesn't work. The gunshot plays but the screen doesn't. Perhaps i'm missing a mod and you didn't include it in the description? i hope it gets fixed because this looks really great.

You have to enable it first. There's a button for it in the Entities tab.

Doesn't entirely seem to work, when I die the "game over" screen will never show up. But when I click to respawn it makes the gunshot noise. Is there any way to fix this?

Would love to have a convar to make the music and callouts be from other MGS games, like 2 since it's screen was identical to MGS1

I can't hear the "AGHHHHH!" sound after I get killed, but the rest of the sounds and death screen play just fine.
