Currently working for me. No reason to update aside from changing the arbitrary version number, especially since it took a few tries for it to upload correctly last time. If necessary, anyone can change the mod's version number in their descriptor.mod, although it does nothing in-game.

Well that sucks, I'm surprised they would break so many mods like that. Whenever I get around to installing the game again, updating this will probably be one of the first things I'll end up doing but I don't know when that will be.

the launcher messed with all the mods. Any mods made before the launcher release no longer work afaik

Probably still works fine, voice packs shouldn't be affected by game version unless they changed something recently, I haven't played in a long time but I doubt they would do that. I would reupload with the version number fixed for any version but I had serious problems with the workshop refusing to upload correctly back when I first made this so I'm kind of reluctant to deal with that again.
If the outdated notification is annoying, open ugc_1569845526 in documents\paradox interactive\stellaris\mod and remove the version number

I messed around with the 35M mod and kept the planets, species, etc. just so I could do that. It mostly works but it's too buggy to put on the workshop and the daemon worlds are kind of op anyways. Anyone could probably do it if they really wanted it despite all that.

If a Daemon World gaia world skin mod come out, then this with the ability to turn habitable worlds into bizzare worlds would be perfect for any true Chaos faction :)

The version I uploaded a couple minutes ago is working on my end, even after subscribing. No idea if it was something I did because uploading this time took much longer than it did before, even though the last few versions I downloaded from here on the workshop were intact and didn't seem corrupt.

Let me know if it's just me and it still doesn't fix it. I've been on it for a couple hours now so I need a break anyway - it would've driven me crazy to not solve what's been spinning me in circles.

Thanks, I changed a few things since the last upload that I thought would make a difference, I was just about to test it from here now. Maybe I indirectly cleaned a few things up, at least.

Ok, so I just subbed to it here rather than using the original from the mod folder and it disappeared for me too. Very strange, working on it.

I'm not sure, try unsubbing and resubbing? I don't think that's on my end, this functions the same as most other advisor mods. I'll check to be sure though.

Fixed the popping. For some reason Stellaris didn't like changing the file's audio format, even though they work fine in everything else...

It uses mostly lines from the DoW2 Chaos announcer.
A small handful use the sorcerer's / Neroth's quotes, also from DoW2.
