You have to subscribe to 'HEADLESS MOD' and change the head to 'Undead Head' and face to 'Undead 5'. :)

I'm not sure if I'm the only one having this problem, but my mods are having some issues with still showing some of my character original head piece (just with no hair). So how do I fix this issue??

Does that mean the character's real name?
There is no deep reason. If it says strongly, it is only a slight consideration to the original owner and company.
