Thank you, that's just how her model is, i believe THAW might've done some additional scaling in game, I know THUG2 does for characters like Weeman. But, once I get around to doing a few more characters for this pack, I'll try out the female animations to see how it looks, since, you're right, it does squish the models a bit more to usual female proportions

these are great, but I'd suggest setting mindy's model to the female animations to avoid limb stretching

i sorta did, but alot of stuff after the bones were converted to source, had to be changed and fixed by hand, so it wasnt as simple as just running the two scripts and done

ah, I'll still probably do them at some point though as an update to my existing THUG Tony ala what I did with THPS2 Tony (added more skaters (well, just one atm) after the fact)
Any chance you used the bone script and such I put together to help port TH models over?
