Hey just wanted to say thank you again. I use the other Aliens mod that adds the Colonial Marines in all there glory. But I hate the uniforms they wear as they look ugly, don't mix with the armor, and don't look like the movies, comics, or other games. Just my opinion though otherwise the mod is great. But with your I can simply switch out the uniform and save the comp. So I appreciate it. Hope you're doing well out there mate.

i asked the ravenfield modder also his mods called mercs and marines its even got the apcs and dropships

jsnider193 is the mod author hes on nexus mods i messaged him for you i asked if hed help out i hope he does theres a ravenfield mod author on here ill message to he made movie accurate weapons for ravenfield even got the sounds right

theres a community mod on fallout 4 called colonial marines a wasteland adventure ill try asking these guys to help you out or you can they made entire weapons from the m56 to the sadar rocket launcher as well as xenos and sentry guns these gentleman can make the gear as fgor sounds they cant as their pulse rifles sounds are garbage as well they sound like laser guns lol but weaponry gear andf xenos they are top notch

i mean that would be great, im thinking about restarting the developmental discord but as right now im at school fulltime, no job living off of what i made, i just really dive into throwing out commission work yet. i was hoping this pulse rifle i just commissioned out would have been fully ready to be imported to arma but the guy couldnt do everything, granted he did a great job i really would have like to have had everything ready to rock.

My multiplayer mission has been slow progress but I'm working on it. When I upload it I'll let you know. I'd be happy for you to try it out. As for needing a team with exp the most I could do is send you some sound files. But they will just be rips or conversions from the movies and games. Bascially the games I have on Steam or just convert some videos from Youtube lol. Defintly wont be any professional sounds or straight from the Movie Vault. Everythig else I have minor exp in but lack the time to do so with being the Airforce and just everything with the Virus. I might know some folks though. If you'd like I could ask around for you?

ive actually got the looks of a pulse rifle made, and animated, but i really need somoeone who can do sounds, configs, and porting, not to mention to make any further weapons i really could use a modeller aswell. i really dont have the money to justify anymore commissions to be done especially if i wouldnt be able to get it in the game. right now were kind of stuck where we are unfortunately.

i hate to ask this but is there any way you can give us a movie accurate pulse rifle and M56 smartgun the colonial marine mod that gives us these weapons theirs sound like garbage. i dont know anything about weapon mods or building id actually donate to you if needed to make these weapons

This goes perfect with the current Colonial Marines mod on the workshop. They have the armor and guns down (except no muzzle flash on the pulse rifle) but the BDU's are just from the default ARMA 3 game. It looks so off. So I appreciate that you made the appropriate lore friendly BDUs.

@Everyone i owe you an explanation of why we have not gotten anything new yet, and where we are. we had several commissions if you seen above, almost all of which had fallen through, or we received less than what we we wanted. the majority of our team, and commissioners have been pulled into other mods, or interests, which has slowed us to a halt. however we are still on discord, still wanting to make this a reality, eventually, with that said i will be commissioning out some more vanilla A3 reskins, and soon would like to release them to get you guys something more meaty than just two uniforms. i am sorry for the delay, and lack of content, but we are still here and we still have this as our goal for the community to have a full fledged USCM faction. in arma 3.

thanks @Klinger. we are currently at a lul right now but we hope to get kicking again soon, if we cant get models right away we might start reskinining vanilla models to get things going but the end goal we hope to have original models and such eventually. its just going slower than expected but we are still here :)

Hey Sarge, i was about to say something yesterday but i forgot sorry. unfortunately we do not have anything to release yet we have alot of small things but nothing ready for release. we would have a pulse rifle but that didnt work out the way we anted so we need to get that redone. and the body armour isnt comming along the way we wanted it to so we might be looking for a whole new moddeller for that... so unfortunately no nothing yet... but dont let that deter you, we have a dedicated team constantly at work on this :) sorry

@M*C Deimosyes that's the plan stick to what we know and the uscm only for the time being then we will Branch out but that's far in the future not even thought of yet. ;) Anywho I'll add you up when I get home.

If you stick to the USCM Bible you'll still have a hole lot of work. I think you should at first try to master that. Later on, you can probobly create new content.
I'm no use at coding or modelling, but I may be a source of technical information in the field of real or scifi Firearms. So, if I can help you there, feel free to ask.

@M16a2 it's very appreciated any more ideas is encouraged I was thinking once this faction is complete maybe we could create a civilian faction with alternative weaponry. We could consider this concseot for that possibly but that's far in the future for our plans.

Lol thanks for the support everyone. Just an update we have another uniform reskin placeholder. Up we are currently waiting on our commissions to realease a few neat things sorry if it's slow. @[PTRS] lol so are we man I think the colonial Marines has alot of potential in the milsim community if Arma 3. It's going to be a long road though.

@ReBoi64 correct phase one is just a standard marine phase 2 we are going to get into more weapons and different equipment variants to set each person apart, helmet covers tee shirts, sleeveless, ect. It's the majority of the mod phase one is more of a free sample to Gage the communities interest and possibly recruit some skill into our team.
