Yes, a lot of shine and god ray effects are responsible for that, as also mentioned in the description for this wallpaper.

I could setup a user customization so you can disable these effects. Would not look good as I tested it back then when I created this wallpaper but this would definitely lower the load on your GPU. ^^

Hey guys, i published an update to this wallpaper and now the pixelated GIF of the airplane is replaced by a nice, clean PNG version thanks to the latest Wallpaper Engine update. The option to turn it on or off is also still there, choose as you like.

Funny anecdote: while the frames rendered my media player played "All the Love in the World" by Nine Inch Nails and right before the render was finished Trent Reznor sang "All the jagged edges disappear"

That´s because the only format i can use in scene wallpapers to show animated stuff is gif. Not that suitable when it comes to showing high res render stuff.

The good news is: i added an option to the wallpaper that allows you to show or hide the airplane. You´ll find it in the settings for the wallpaper. :cozybethesda::steamhappy:

Love it but can you make a version without the airplane? It's too low res and imo ruins the otherwise awesome rest of the wallpaper.
