hello my friend going to be honest not sure there are a few things that could be wrong but maybe in windows settings set which default device is used by wallpaper engine maybe that might help
ill see if there is anything else that could be an issue :steamthumbsup:

try reinstalling the wallpaper maybe then other than that i dont know, Sorry :p
