You can also add the bulk head door piece between the segments, close them, and then look through the vents in the K menu to see which one is depressurized and turn on the "Show On Hud" Option. This will let you know which segment has a hole.

I would check around glass. Some of the parts were made before mirroring problems were made. On occasion there some stair case parts that end up having issues.
