I don't know why but the hud gives me fps drops
Whe i use the camera it runs at 60fps but when i change to any swep that didn't disappear the hud it drops to 15

Trying to find the file in addons, I didn't use github to import the addon. What exactly am I trying to look for? I have spent some time typing "basewars", "wars", "base" and even "bw" and still haven't found anything that could be seen.

What's the name of the steam version of the mod in the files and where would it be located?

Enter the generated code in your config file, just copy and paste it at the end. Ideally you should change the old variable.

Is your server downloading this addon from Steam? You might have two versions installed conflicting with each other. Also, after changing BaseWars.Config.buyables you must restart your server.

so I have no idea how to please add new weapons no matter what I do I've already tested a few things that was partly written here on Steam or also goes nothing on other sites. I can change in the configs what I want nothing but also pure nothing changes. I hope you can help me

And even if the text file does what it is supposed to do, removing the DeriveGamemode() function may lead to unexpected behavior from the base gamemode it seems.

That's the point, it appears that (sometimes) just the text file is not enough. The guy's issue proves that.

So why do you use base "sandbox" and DeriveGamemode('sandbox')? I think it is the same thing

Exactly, but his problem was legit. I saw it. Garry's Mod can screw up sometimes, so I decided to add a little failsafe. Now there's no way the gamemode will show as Sandbox.

I looked through the files and, judging by basewars.txt, it should be calling itself BaseWars instead of Sandbox.

Use the github version and make sure your server is set up correctly, also Is it a Lan server or dedicated?

Press E on the Solar Generator to turn it on. When near a switched on printer it will provide power to it.

How do you reset everyone's levels, exp and money? Starting a new server and need to do a fresh start without erasing the .db and losing all the permaprop info.

You "technically" can't, what you can do is set their money, level and wipe their stuff, effectively erasing their progress.
