Nice design and I like how it works, unfortunatelly when using it on dedicated server SIM speed drops to 0.26 from 0.90, LAG is terrible.

@ProLine[Ger] First make sure all the thrusters are turned on. Then try to check and save the code in block "program[thruster]".

@Mango I dont think this ship will work with that mod since it has many parts that are connected by rotors.

@Pauperkind : This may be caused by a program block bug, I have been into this problem several times. To solve this, after you paste the ship, go through block list and search for "program [thruster]" (You have to show the hidden block before search for it). In this block's control panel, press "Edit" then press "Check". After it shows "successful" then press "save & exit". It should be fine after this.

For some reason it doesn't want to take off, i have the thrusters on but it's not reacting to movement. Is this a common issue?

Very nice ship and effects on the pictures! Can you manipulate the game files so that the vanilla game looks this beautiful? Or did you change these in photoshop?
