@CyberVibes: I have just tried, it is possible and very easily
On flat terrain, place the heliport near a road and right next to, place the helicopter spawn point
After you have just to use the mod "Move it" to place the spawn point under the heliport... work well enough

Haven't tried placing a invisible spawn point with these but maybe possible to have helicopters spawning on these props if someone wants to test https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1361591068&searchtext=spawn
