I added this mod and after 20 some turns my entire army upkeep went up 200 percent. It seems all of my army upkeep reduction buff are disabled. Pls check if this happens and fix it. my save is ruined now.

This mod is insanely good. And not buggy at all right now. The trick is that you will have to work hard to get you relations with the other pirate lords to about 80 ( I personally used money donations ). After that you give them a couple 10,000 if they are on the verge of giving in (moderate chance). If you expand north then you might be able to get Cylostra by turn 45-50. I really enjoy the game this way and thank you so much to the creator.

so why can't I canofederate sartossa while I play as drowned? Otherwise it's ok, I had to fix some issues with other mod but works fine, LL are playable even when dead while confederating

I don't know how you got those bugs, Charlson. From my own experience, the game simply ignores this mod at the moment, even though it's enabled.

Actually causing bugs:
-Treasure Ships and Islands are not collectible anymore
-Treasure Missions and Infamy Quest for Songs broken.

I don't know why you used Vlad as the picture, as he is *not* a vampire.

For some reason in multiplayer campaing I confederated Aranessa and some time after that her army died in battle and she was lost forever so I checked other LL's and they are missing Immortal perk. I suppose it is only some kind of a bug coz they all have it in my singleplayer campaing.

just tried to confed Luthor Harkon.
First try did work but he and his army did vanish (he was sieging some city).
Second try after he was done did work and i overtook his army too.

Some question happened may because the script. Only change the table will not let eveything working. Hoping somebody can figure it out . But thanks for the mod anyway.

The ll's dont need loyalty to be appointed to a fleet positon.

Minor problem but Confederated Legendary Lords don't seem to have any loyalty, and therefore don't have the minimum 5 loyalty needed to be appointed to a fleet position.

TO EVERYONE: ALSO DOWNLOAD EASY DIPLOMACY MOD.
I use it solely for confederations for the cool lords to use. You pay them 300 and any deal becomes a high success chance

You still have to make them like you, this just makes confed possible.

Cannot get this to work? Confederation is still red and not accepted.

do you think you could make a mod that enables you to pay for a confederation? like 25000 treasury or something for each vampire coast idk i thought it seem cool

works perfectly with the other two suggested mods, I as count N confed with luthor (t88 ME), he got his item and all pink buildings are buildable and he was dead as well so the immortal mod works as well:) all great:) then later direfine as well.

Just a note as well, luther was l14, then after a battle his quest auto completed and he got his item at l15, I have no other mod that would make that happen so it just worked somehow:)

Its just difficult to get the other pirate lords to like you, which is fine, there has to be some drawbacks:)

playing with harkon, if i try to confederate with cyostra the game crash, didn't have any problem with noctilus though. note the cyostra doesn't have any settlements

Is there any known issue with confederated LLs not gaining any XP?

A minor detail perhaps, but confederating doesn't seem to trigger the regular confederation penalty. I doubt most would care, but confederating factions that aren't meant to confederate already feels a bit cheap D:

Hey, I really like this mod, but for some reason after I confederate and have the LL i cant recruit them once they died. I did watch out to confederate when they were still alive, but now i cant recruit them after I losed them again.

Update - removed the TK diplomacy cheat that was embedded for testing purposes

I dont know how to enable missions for confederated lords, so i would recommend confederating them after they get their own legendary items.

I dont think force confederating works at all since they are not recruitable when they are dead.

@Scicotheron Ill try to get rid of the TK cheat :)

well on testing this for clyostra it completes the quest objective but doesn't continue the questline, probably gonna guess it has something to do with one of the pieces of eight being tied as a quest reward for completing your faction lord's quest. So unless someone figures out a workaround might be better to just wait for the ai to get their item before confed.

Well seeing how the quest completion is tied to her unique building, the way to fix this + other lord's unique ship buildings not appearing would be to give all the vampire coast factions access to each other's unique buidlings in the 'building_culture_variants_tables'.

You also don't have to worry about their buildings showing up in other vampire's ships as the buildings are already tied to their own ship.

just an issue i ran into , you cannot complete missions for other LL's if they require pink buildings since those seem to be tied to the starting LL

So i cant get the purple item on the singing LL since she requires a pink building that i cant make (quest says construct the following - )

Not a huge issue but something for people to keep in mind, maybe use in conjunction with the insta quest item mod

Hey just to ask is this an edit of the JFred's Tomb King Confederation mod? Cause if it is it still has the tomb king diplomacy cheat embedded into into for testing purposes, you should probably get rid of it as it is unecessary to have for this vampire coast confed mod.
