@KingLeno I love these assets. I'm currently trying to create a major State University in my latest city. Do you plan on updating the University City buildings for the new Campus DLC? Awesome stuff as always!!!

Sounds good! Just placed your latest asset, the insurance building in my city, it's the perfect size! Very 70s so couldn't have fit better in my Rochester recreation!

@brandon the parking garage is an asset, and no it won't be finished anytime soon. I have a noncomforming wall, but not uploaded

Love all these college assets!!! 1 question, there is a brick parking garage in the background, is that made of props or will you be publishing a new parking garage... also I noticed that you updated the textures on the City Park Walls --THEY LOOK FANTASTIC, perhaps you could make a non terrain conforming one so I can make this effect on parking garages and etc.

@saucy dangles no, it's a pretty much direct copy of the Pavilion at Ole Miss. It's a pretty generic design however.

Is this at all based off of the Giant Center in Hershey, PA?

@jbynum spent 6 years at UT, not once have I heard a boathouse mentioned. It's definitely not the first thing or structure that comes to mind when somebody thinks of a university building

To add to the boathouse concept, the University of Tennessee and Washington both have them.

Yeah, they are generally used by a universty's boat club(their own rowing clubs, which are clubs that use kayaks and the sport of kayaking to particiapte in collage to collage racing events) Gnerally their used as a place to store their boats, plus launch them. They also generally house other faclites for them as well. If your still confused, google has tons of pictures of such facilites. Just type in "Universty Boathouse" and you will see what I mean.

Thank you so much for this. Now our universty cims have a more then excellent place to do sports inside. Awesome. With your universty assets combined with Bennetto Cim U set, we actually have the full workings for a really good looking universty. However, the cim u set is still missing things, like parking garages(done in this style), a universty boat house and a actual bus depot done in this style. Any plans to fill those holes?. Anyways, thanks again Kingleno, Your assets rock!
