@NotNodak I can't give any concrete info, because I have installed all DLCs and only the author knows if there are also used parts of the DLCs in the mod (quite possible, because especially the American Wilds DLC also offers a similar skidder and forwarder). So, only official statements of the author are meaningful, but let me give you a hint - I recommend to buy/install all DLCs anyway, because many mods need them as a prerequisite (even if you are not planing to play the DLCs themselves) - and only the mods make the game really great!

MudRunner and it's DLCs is on sale quite regularly several times a year and if you are owning the base game already, you can buy the "American Wilds Edition" and Steam automatically reduces the price of the base game, which makes the DLCs even cheaper.

Absolutely fantastic!

Although fuel mostly feels too high to give the forwarders their purpose, it's much better than other overpowered mods. It'd be cool, if you need to bring the vehicle to its destination, e.g. with a low-loader, because fuel would be to less to drive through the whole map.

But what I'm really wondering is, why there's no driver in Scorpion King.
Since cabin is fully glazed and you can see through it all the time, it'd be nice to have someone sitting inside as well (even static like in Combo Scorpion King ). It feels kind of weird driving with an empty vehicle, if you're not using the interior view.

Anyway it's not that bad, because the rest of the package works pretty well and really is a lot of fun to play. It's just a bit strange, like there is also no driver on the base game's crane. It's simply magic how they operate with it, haha!

Nevertheless, thanks for the work and for sharing!

the best package ever !! i love using skiders and forwarder. and i LOVE using the HSM 904F Combined, but in my opinion the engine sound is awful !!!, its a very powerfull and useful forwarder also, but there are two type of engine noise, combine one over the other. And honestly, its even bothering. Please fix it !!! and rerelease the dlc !! thanks.

Ну наконец-то, настоящая лесо заготовительная техника, современная. Все трактора супер, но я бы оставил себе, только зелёный. Может все трактора разделить на отдельные моды.

awesome trucks, really like the skidder 9000k, ponsse and john. Great power and won't get stuck most of the time. the downside is the fuel consumption which makes a support truck with fuel semi-trailer essential.

John_deere will consume up to 70L/min and average 45-70L/min when delivering long_john_deere (all wheels is essential for me with the wheel down (load only))

I calculated the average fuel consumption by measuring 3 times
(I also did same with ponsse because I do lumber train with ponsse)

#2
232 L/KM
#3 (yes this was heavy-duty work with long logs)
592 L/KM

making an average of 324 L/KM ((148+232+592)/3)

and ponsse:
#1 (all wheels and 8 point load)
301 L/KM
#2 (no-load and no all wheels)
141 L/KM
#3 (load)
297 L/KM
making an average of 246 L/KM ((301+141+297)/3)

Замечательный мод. Один из лучших. И очень нужный. Из замеченных пока недочетов могу выделить только сильную раскачку Скорпион Кинга при погрузке в сторону на полном вылете стрелы. Учитывая отсутствие опор, на оригинальной машине проблема решается скорее всего отключением подвески. Хотелось бы и тут такое увидеть, а то бревна на несколько метров качаются.

Its awesome to see the progress made to this mode, but if i could give you a bit of criticism i would say the the Scopion is extremly close but 2 things, it feels like the grappler rotation is reversed compared to the other cranes and would be awesome to get the cockpit veiw working wile operation the crane. Keep up the amazing work!

Just tested the K9000. It's great!! But my favorit is still the John Deere! I really wish the game would let me load logs from inside the cockpit :(
