To goto the game folder goto library in steam right click and press the properties, once done goto local files and hit the big button.

A. Try installing it manually. To do so, read the discussion.
B. If that didn't work try to delete the insurgency wounds manually by going to your addons folder.
C. Gmods a bit of an ass when it comes to decals. It seems like fully restarting the game often prevents issues with decals.





D. Cry and hope for forgiveness.

ZECU sorry I'm not that experienced to NMRIH modding but you can do it yourself if it follows the standard source engine custom content folder. Download this and then extract it via gmad found inside your garrysmod bin folder. Once you've extracted try installing the mod manualing by googling it. <3
