That's the map. See if the module works on it.
Look up some tutorials on how to port scenarios to different maps, it's fairly simple and self explanatory. As for the locations, it's been a while but you set those up using map markers in editor. If you open up this or another RIS scenario in the editor, all will become clear.
GitHub is for feature requests and bugs, it's probably why you've been ignored.
You can use the RIS module to play this on other maps.
Do not use the Github to request maps. There is no need.
