Parking is those road parkings. i dont know the name :( But im sure its from one of popular creators. And graphical is just realistic sun reaper LUT, and i have sun shafts mod.

I was thinking about the graphical mods and the parking lot used

Oh okay, I based my informations, colors, name based of what Philip sent me, and some google photos of new place (I figured the size of the building based of a space there is currently and some black and white photo that was provided). My bad on a name tho, i guess i followed my instincts spelling it lol.

HO Kaufhalle Kappel, HO = Handelsorganisation/Trading Organisation. In the GDR existed two big competive traders. HO and Konsum, Konsum was the cheaper one with a smaller sortiment of products. HO was the bigger one, there existed a version for the army of the GDR too, it was named MHO. Crazy stuff.

Tzz, you wrote the name of the city name wrong, its Chemnitz.

And this building was constructed around 1973/74 in the GDR, Karl-Marx-Stadt and was deconstructed in 2011. The city Karl-Marx-Stadt was in 1990 renamed back into Chemnitz.

ofcourse there is. as all my buildings, they are RICO compatible. I make them unique buildings, because i want them to be vanilla. Egalitarian, for everyone :) If you wish u can go to RICO settings on RICO tab in game (bottom part of the screen where all rico buildings sit) - you click SETTINGS, and ADD LOCAL to one of my buildings. You set values for it in game (like workers, what kind of building it is etc) and you click SAVE. Next load of game, building will be RICO.

Speaking of supermarket, I was wondering if it's possible to make this building work as an actual commercial building.
