Just gonna say that, as an avid fan of Chuck, the car used in the show is actually a Toyota Matrix. They only used a Toyota Yaris for the pilot episode.

I've thought about it and it's not a bad idea. However I would need a lot of custom props etc. I do not know how to model, I simply make skin. But perhaps in the near future I might.

It didn't ended due to poor popularity. It ended due to lack of money actually. The producers said that season 3 would be the last one, even if it was popular. The reason was lack of moneys. But Zachary and other actors from the series got together with SubWay and started to raise moneys (subway were financing quite much). They got so much moneys that the producers and Warner Bros (with more) decided to keep it going, and so it did until fitfh season. They wanted to end "in the top" and so they did.
