There should be a folder when you click the "create new animation set" called ugc, in there you should find the models; alternatively you could simply click on the "MDL files" and type "briefcase"

The briefcases here look really unique and quite interesting. I'll take this for a spin and use it for a Source Filmmaker. Thanks for releasing the briefcase. Hopefully, we can see a wheelchair at one point.
