To all that doesen't know how to equip/use the uniforms: Make a match. Then at the starting page where you choose how many bots there is. Scroll down. Click on "Default Skin" and choose S.W.A.T (B)

How to play the Beta Branch: Go on your Library, Right click on Ravenfield, Properties, Beta, and the switch to "beta - beta branch". There will follow a small update and then you'll be good to go.
