Is there an in-game book or a wiki that has recipes associated with the new runes? I'd really like one, if not.

Conversely, I have yet to see any of the new runes halfway through Act 2! It's a very cool mod conceptually, though, just no luck with vendors.

good mod. might be a tad too strong with the +2 all stats runes

I tested this mod and I only got runes of the new variant. After 7-8 in a row I decided on uninstalling the mod, and this resulted in all new runes being lost. Caveat emptor.
