Click the "Subscribe" button, then start Gmod (or restart it if it's open already). Once in-game spawn the vehicle, hold C, right click the vehicle, & select the skin from the "Skins" menu (or use the Easy Bodygroup Tool).

@TOYO1515 @GeneralDaz Good news: Forney_Donney updated his Jurassic Park vehicles pack, and it includes new HD versions of the vehicles, including numbered Explorers. (yes, Explorers 04 and 05 are two of the ones included)

Was considering making such a skin, but ultimately decided not to for various reasons. I might still make one though

I realize that, but: #1: We don't have that exact model of Jeep available for Gmod yet, so I went with the next closest Jeep model, and #2: We don't have that generation of Ford Explorer available at ALL for Gmod except for that one Explorer ported straight from the official game. You'll have to be happy with both for now.

and 1992 Ford Explorer.

This is not a render, this is a set of skins. No problem though, noticed no one had made skins of all 4 numbered jeeps, just ones without numbers.
