this is perfect, does anyone have a collection of custom eco houses like this? i mean not LIKE this exactly, but it seems rough to find new eco houses on the workshop. green city DLC needs more variety like this gem

@Shaye: it depends on how you play CS
- if it is in vanilla mode, the building will appear in a low density area as soon as the sector level is sufficient (area with parks, school, transport, fire station, police station...)
- if you play with the RICO mode, you can place the building where you want...

@luminou so you just add some random level 1-4 buildings and these replace them?

@Shaye: they don't grow up, they are already at their maximum.
Tthey appear and replace existing level 4 buildings.

How do these grow when set as a building theme with no level 1-4 models?

People should def do more eco housing growables, they have real potential. Do you know of any others?

@Good Stuff: a same structure for high density, with a 4x4 size is not obvious... might be doing the same design with several floor.... see how it's looks ; )
