That's a 10/10 right there! Truly exceptional! The story is no more than perfect, the character design is amazing! The art is truly beautiful! I've never seen something like this! It takes inspiration from real life, with real places, and mixes these places with the characters perfectly, like they were actually real! I can't wait for Part 2!
