I used this mod to restore movement points for a unit and they get over 400 movement points?

The drop menu only exists if you select an existing unit, which means if you delete all units on the map you can't make new ones using this mod until you buy one or produce one with production first. I feel like the menu should exist at all times.

the create a unit panel is not working for me, every drop down menu is completely blank, i can only make exact duplicates of units

Note: You do need software like Notepad++ or something else to open up the file then just follow their steps as shown below.

PS: Don't think this is fully compatible with the Cheat Panel mod. So the fix will be somewhat wonky, but the menu for this mod should at least sometimes appear. It does pretty much the same thing the Cheat Panel mod does anyways.

For anyone who has trouble with the mod no longer working when you load in a save, I have a solution. So the mod works when you create a new game but if you save it and load it back in, it no longer works. It won't show in the "mods in use" or "additional content" listed on that save. Even if you have "affectedsave" set to 1.

So what works for me is to just delete that line altogether. It won't fix existing saves, but if you start a new game, it will work first time and then whenever you load in the save.

Go to: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\1554116721

Open file:UnitCheats.modinfo

Look for <AffectsSavedGames>

Delete that whole line. Then create a new game. It should work now.

Notes for people running into issues with this mod. It does NOT appear upon game creation. You will have to load a save in order for it to appear. Also, the '(+)' symbol is VERY faint and you might miss it. It is just above the 'Next turn' button around the same height as the lowest notification icon. It is also just to the left of the 'N' in 'Next turn'. Move the map until you're over something like ocean or undiscovered map, and you'll see it.

all my "supercheat"saves gone because the + button vanished, game says the mod is running but no way of opening the mod anymore. Works on new games, just fails on old saves.
supercheat? giant real world map, you start the game owning all the land but a 3 ring radius around the computer starting locations. Each city starts with an elite archer and a builder. Why? why not.

the game freezes after using the cheat. I tried numerous times with different maps and countries but it seems to freeze the game within 3-10 turns.

@Zur13 Can you please add Localisations to your mod to make it translatable instead of full sentences in your strings in for example the minibar.xml. I would be happy if I could translate it, that other users are able to play with your mod.

@leszek.j966 I assume that issue is caused by some of your active mods, I don't know how to fix this issue sometimes deactivating the problematic mod may help, you may also try to load some older autosave to try to avoid this issue happening.

@Zur13 Hi, I expressed badly, this mod did not cause such a failure as I described. The failure of unit purchases for zero gold occurred, which is caused by it. I came up with the assumption that since you created a mod to change the standard values, maybe you will have an idea of what collapsed in a case such as i described.

@leszek.j966 I'm using this mod actively in my playtests when testing my other mods but I have never met such behavior and I don't know how it is possible for this mod to break anything related to buy price. Try to look on other active mods if any. About the end turn problem did you try the forcibly end turn by Shift+Enter?

@Zur13 Hi, in one of the games / maps occurred with me an unusual change in the cost of purchasing combat units. From standard gold values to 'zero' gold.
You may have an idea how to work around this and restore normal values. Unfortunately, this probably blocks the game in the end and you can not go to the next turn.

Just a heads up, this does not work with mods that allow custom religions. Got this specifically for cloning missionaries because I hate religion in this game because you either invest in or or get screwed. Anyways, it does not dup the units right. I cannot use the spread ability.

Hi, I've got the same problem Marianojoey had with missionaries and apostle... they can't spread religion...

Another thing is that I would like the mod to be unusable in multiplayer automaticaly, without having to disable the mod before a multi game. Is it possible ?

very good mode. can you add a function that click once and then unit full promotion? It's very tired to click seven times to promote an unit.

Sadly, creating missionaries gives you the unit, but they can't spread religion. Neither are the great persons recongnized by the city states (if you have a mission for a great writer and pop one, the mission is still on). :(
It's fun to pop a bunch of barbarian heavy hitters and drop them around in the map. :D

Used it to spam spawn Missionaries and earned a Religious victory. Used a Bombard and Mobile Artillery for a Domination victory after Indonesia surprise attacked me, lost some troops and had their Capital razed. Why is the game designed to have the computer players moan and bitch when you retaliate? I get so annoyed I want to drive a tank through their streets.
