@[THS Master] Space Core: Its under the name "antlion_worker". It is possible its icon may be blank due to the way Gmod makes icons.

If you can't find it under browse, try typing its name into the search box in the Q menu. Also, make sure you have Episode 2 mounted (probably a dumb thing to say, but it's possible it could be the issue). Short of those, I can't really think of why you can't access that model.

@THS Master] Space Core: You can spawn it by going under Browse->Games->Half-Life 2: Episode 2 in the "Q" menu.
